Orders a truck to haul a load. Shipper can't find the load. They refuse to pay for a TRUCK ORDERED NOT USED. Only company that I know of that does this. Worst company in history.
Worst rates in the industry. Worked with them for a few years. Their sales reps wont ever own up for any mistakes, if they make an error, its on the drivers or logistics team who booked, to deal with the loss of funds. It's quite surprising they're even still in business.
The sales guy Coy Cruse does not hold his promise to pay you timely. He has an excuse every week why he can’t pay the invoice. Don’t trust anything he says. Coy finally decided to not pay the remaining portion of the invoice. Dont do business with them. He still owes $1224
