Absolutely terrible service. I booked this company for my wedding, and they never showed up. He asked for payment upfront, which should have been a red flag, but I was focused on wedding planning and trusted that everything would go as promised. On the day of my wedding, I was left scrambling without transportation to my venue. I’ve used Saphire’s services 3-4 times in the last couple years, pretty much whenever I visit BC. Let me be the first to tell you these guys never disappoint! We booked the party bus service for our staff Christmas party and had an amazing experience! The driver arrived right on time for both pick-up and drop-off, and the driving was super smooth the entire way.
