Absolutely by far the most professional service I've experienced in my 18 years of over the road . Most pleasant security, cleaning crew and absolutely by far maintenance technicians. The Apple Barrel serves a great selection of breakfast lunch and dinner. The Truck wash is to a Truck stop as a cherry 🍒 is to a banana split. This place has everything. I will definitely be returning.

I've always been one to prefer Pilot/Flying J for fuel. I have to say Sapp brothers has been a welcomed surprise! The offer free coffee to truck drivers who purchase fuel, and if anyone knows trucking good coffee is important. I get amazing fuel discount with my fuel card and they've good food if you're looking for a quick bite to eat!

Good restaurant (they don't take tap pay) friendly staff in the shop. Security is friendly. Make sure you go inside to get your paid parking spot ($20/day) before you go park. Assigned seating style. They do have 5 up close handicap parking spots. Don't bother coming if you are planning on taking advantage of the walking paths as this lot and eight behind it are full of drug users and gang hangouts. No Place to take dogs out except a dirt/salt-covered space under the sign. Generally don't feel safe as a female driver.

Came in to eat at the restaurant 6:55 PM on 12/23. Closing time is advertised to be 9:00. Handwritten sign at the cash register showed a closing time of 7:00, actually written that they were taking orders until 7:00. It is becoming more difficult for a truck driver to find a place for a sit down hot meal. Always thought Sapp Bros was a truckers truck stop. My mistake. I may have to use the property for overnight truck parking, but the restaurant will never see another dime out of my pocket. Fueling is not an option go... read more

DO NOT grab a V8 & try & cross the threshold of the restaurant to look at menu before paying for said V8. I was screamed at Don’t cross the threshold with that!! The entire gas station stopped in their tracks. So I paid for the V8 & went to look at the menu in the restaurant. Good food, great service. The gas station is heavily populated with homeless folks. Seeing the arena after leaving, I get why I was screamed at. Maybe 🤔 I look like I’m homeless? Very clean inside the store & the bathrooms very clean too! Impressive co... read more
