Katherine was absolutely amazing, I was experiencing what felt like a minor slipped disc, and she cleared it right up knowing exactly which muscles connected to that problem, she was very professional and knowledgeable, im pretty picky about where i go but i’ll be going to her for all my massages!!!
If you have a pregnant person in your life and would like to take care of them....gift them a massage with Katherine! It has been a lovely thing to be able to lay belly down (thanks to special pillow) and truly RELAX. Katherine has helped me through the many aches and pains that have come along with this pregnancy. I've always left feeling relaxed and revived. Thank you, Katherine!
By far and hands down the best and most comprehensive massage I've had. I have a lot of muscle problems and have been to countless therapists and no one has ever treated my body with such compassion and effort. The experience is much more than a massage. It's a comprehensive therapy experience.
My massage with Katherine was incredible. I immediately felt lighter and more grounded. I guess I didn't realize what I was carrying in my body, because I swear my shoulders are several inches lower than before my appointment. As a yoga teacher, I generally feel in tune with my body, but the way I felt the next day was a revelation.
