We used to love you guys because of the bikes that we bought and expert service. Those are still true, but why do you treat us so special? I just want to come hang out at your place with such nice people. Fast turn around time for repair, and bike cleaner than when it was new. Thank you Jack, Mike, Jacob, Angela, etc.

I rented a giant trance. Battery Power Awesome. Went. 26 miles. Normal bike would have been 5 miles. After 26 miles I was tired and the battery was dead. All off-road. With barely any Steep. Climbs. $75 for the day. At a $7000 bike.awesome
Had a brake problem, I was in a pinch, they took my bike, found the problem and fixed it in less than 10 minutes, for (what I consider) a very low price. And they were super cool from the moment I stepped in the shop (no pout faces, no teethkissin).
