Hmmm… I will simply say this: If you are looking to engage Ms Santone and you receive a response with something along the lines of “Well, I have an awful lot on my plate at the moment. However….”, my suggestion is to ignore everything beyond the “However…”. Find someone who does not have as much on their plate who will advocate for your case, defend you at all times during the process, not pawn you and your case off to junior lawyers, not address you using another client’s name (on more than one occasion), report back on mis... read more
