Didn't refund the security deposit. Not for any reason, either. They just continually lied about "sending it soon". Our flooded twice and they didn't really care to fix the problem. We also told them the pipes from the hot water were in really bad condition and may burst, but they didn't care. Don't rent from these people
Awful from the start. I could write a book about the problems we have had with this property and Whitney the property manager in less than 2 weeks. A tenant moves out and the new tenant moves in the next day. The carpet is filthy and stained, the AC has been out for 2 days and still not repaired. Windows have no screens, mold In the bathrooms/ kitchen and the house is crawling with ants. This property is a health hazard.
