I’ve been in the business for over 20 years and I’ve lived in North County the same time. I can honestly say don’t move into a senior living community until you’ve seen this place. It’s captivating, High quality and lead by a caring and professional team! Santianna is a Gem!

What can I say about this place? Santianna is truly exceptional! I recently had to remove my dad from another assisted living community in town, and moving him here has been the best decision I could have made. The contrast in care is incredible—nothing compares to the level of support, kindness, and professionalism we’ve experienced at Santianna. My father has lived here going on 2 years. He's thriving!!! After a terrible living situation at Silvergate San Marcos, where he was threatened by Staff the day my mother died because they were desperate to get his apartment back to rent it to couples! Then my dead mothers jewelry was stolen and when I threatened to involve police, most but NOT all miraculously returned. Anyway... you would be lucky if you moved here! The food is adequate. The food is usually cold or lukewarm. The staff is very nice. Management needs to improve.
