And to the other customers saying they got a refund but Santiago did not input some type of paperwork properly to pull the w2 transcript, basically your receipt that you did your taxes yeah Santiago does not fulfill his job properly & will have you end up owing the IRS. Always after paying a tax consultant to do your taxes go on IRS.gov a few weeks after you’ve received your tax return and ensure your receipt is in their data base.
