I had a very negative experience with Karla at Santiago Law and would strongly caution potential clients to be very careful before hiring her. We have been working with Karla for over a month now. Our legal challenges are not even close to being over. However, I know that without Karla, my family would be lost. She is honest, kind, and compassionate. She takes time to explain things in detail, and is honest about options and outcomes. We have thrown things at her daily and she responds with statutory knowledge and kindness, which is hard to find from some law agencies. Her assistant Pedro is also very kind, efficient, and responsive. I cannot recommend her more.

We had a very frustrating experience working with Attorney Karla and her team. The office felt extremely disorganized, and communication was very difficult throughout the process. It was nearly impossible to get in contact with someone directly, and most of the responses appeared to be AI-generated rather than personalized or helpful.
