We have been working with Karla for over a month now. Our legal challenges are not even close to being over. However, I know that without Karla, my family would be lost. She is honest, kind, and compassionate. She takes time to explain things in detail, and is honest about options and outcomes. We have thrown things at her daily and she responds with statutory knowledge and kindness, which is hard to find from some law agencies.
