Oh my where do I begin. I'm a satisfied customer and would highly recommend Santiago Financial for the purchase of a manufactured home. I worked with an awesome and amazing team, Shannon and Alice. They were very thorough, explained all aspect of the loan process with care and concern, answered all my questions (and I had a lot), and provided exceptional assistance. If I could, I would love to treat them to an amazing Hawaii trip. Words can't express my appreciation for their kindness.
I recommend Santiago Financial to anyone buying a manufacture home. I applied on the phone which was easy. Lou and Cindy took care of my step by step loan process . I was at ease with the soecial attention I was given. Cindy was on top of my loan everyday and made contact to all departments to firmly close escrow as soon as possible. Service is superb especially during the covid issues. I moved into my new home with special thanks to Cindi and Lou. Awesome team!!
I was very pleased with every aspect of our loan process , I worked with Lou and Cindy they were quick and thorough made the process so easy for us and answered all our questions and we had a few . I do recommend Santiago Financial you can relax and know your in good hands.
Warning: Avoid this company at all costs. We got involved as a seller waiting on this company to do its job. Shannon is the loan officer. 10-5 entered into contract. To close by 11-14. On 11-14 we are told waiting on simple paper work. Mean while lady selling house loaded up house into a uhaul and went to Ariz. to close on my house. No one told her about the problems. They begged for 2 weeks. We reluctantly granted. Was told on day to close still not ready. Need that simple paper work. They begged for another 3 weeks we ... read more
