I built a deck for a customer this summer. All pressure treated wood . They delivered it. The lumber they sent was great quality. I couldn't believe it. They were a couple hundred dollars more than lowes but I didn't have to go to the store and pick through it. I will definitely buy from them for future decks. Had a 44x36 pole barn erected and am very pleased. Brian and his crew were wonderful and responsive.
I purchased premium, paint grade boards for a project from Santelli. I paid for delivery also. Granted I did my order over the phone, without seeing the wood first (due to circumstances I won't get into here). However, the quality of the wood was not paint grade. I swear they gave me the worst of the lot. I was also taken back by the delivery person, who appeared to be really put out with the delivery. He did help, but after a lot of complaining.
