My experience with Dom Santella has been terrible. His customer service is terrible. My mother used him for 18 years and he made so many mistakes. We'd have to email things to him many times as he would misplace them. Subsequent to my mother's passing I begrudgingly continued to use him for her estate as I thought it would be easier than starting with a new CPA which it was not.
