Where do I begin We bought the most expensive queen sized mattress it seemed comfortable in the store. When they delivered it & left, when we sat on the end you sunk down no support so much for luxury firm. When u lay on it you fall towards the middle. We tried to return it less then 24 hours, they said no returns, contact the manufacturer. They took our old mattress when they delivered the mattress, we would of continued sleeping on in & given the new mattress to charity. Yes lets throw 1,800 dollars down the drain. I bought several pieces of furniture with Santee Furniture World and have loved it all. Great quality and wonderful people to work with. Being new to the area, they even gave me extra tips for the best services I might need around town. Will definitely shop local there again!
We just received our second order of furniture from Santee Furniture World...we could not be happier! The owners are wonderful to work with and their staff is amazing. We are happy with all the furniture we have ordered and their delivery crew is very accommodating...they are very careful, patient and always smiling!
