The owners were exceptionally pleasant to deal with. They were very patient and helped us find just the right colors and fabric/material for a sofa and club chair. They have been doing this for a long time and it showed. Their pricing was upfront with no hidden fees or add ons. They were able to special order just what we wanted and delivered it on schedule. Where do I begin We bought the most expensive queen sized mattress it seemed comfortable in the store. When they delivered it & left, when we sat on the end you sunk down no support so much for luxury firm. When u lay on it you fall towards the middle. We tried to return it less then 24 hours, they said no returns, contact the manufacturer. They took our old mattress when they delivered the mattress, we would of continued sleeping on in & given the new mattress to charity. Yes lets throw 1,800 dollars down the drain.
