I just had my second massage with Miko at Sante Therapy Massage, and it was amazing. Miko is really skilled and knows exactly how to find and fix the spots that need attention. The whole session was relaxing, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Miko’s technique is on point, and you can tell they really understand what they’re doing. I walked out feeling lighter, relieved, and totally refreshed. Such a wonderful experience — highly recommend!
Alice has to be the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen! She always listens to understand what is going on and focuses on the areas that need it. Her technique at relieving tension is exceptional! I walked in today unable to stand straight and walked out with so much relief. Alice works Weds/Thurs/Sat and highly recommend!

Just had a neck shoulders and back 45 minute remedial massage at Sante Therapy Carindale. The massage therapist was very professional and was sensitive to the pain I was experiencing in my shoulder. I have to say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had and has really freed up my shoulder. Definitely five stars!!
