I went to this branch in Randolph NJ today and was assisted by Jonathan Bennett. I needed assistance with rolling over some CD accounts. I missed the deadline to roll them over so they wanted to charge me an interest fee of $60. I was not looking to take the money out initially, I wanted to roll it into another CD with a better interest rate because the bank automatically rolled it over into the lowest possible rate for five years. Friendly service
Terrible customer service. I was racially profiled by the associate Joyce. When I first entered the bank and asked to open an account and make a deposit, she told me to wait as she made copies which took her about ten minutes. Once she viewed my identification she asked what brought me to that branch almost as if I didn't belong there. I stated I was in the area, which she then stated she had to ask me those questions.
