Terrible customer service. No respect.
If you need a copy of a check on line do not go to this branch. I spoke with Mike and he did not follow up at all. This is Pam Ross and I have had a personal account at Santander for over 15 years.
Nice and friendly staff. Always helpful and greet you well. Very fast also.
Nasty lady there that calls herself a manager ...horrible everything about that place . Offer u something and in few months take it away. Will not help u in the least all u get is a retarded look and an attitude when asking for help.. cant wait to close this account ;) better banking peeps
