Paula is amazing she is very nice and understanding. She will help you with anything you need. Paula deserves a raise for her kindness and patience.
Seems this bank is going downhill. Their ATM sometimes works with other bank issued cards. Staff is not so friendly, and having to make an appointment to go into a bank to get my money seems a bit odd.
Very frustrating working with this bank. I found the the entire corporate chain to be unprofessional and unresponsive to my concerns. Their rules at times don't make sense and seem to be in place to protect the big bank and not the customer. I spent 45 days trying to resolve an issue with this specific location only be worse off in the end than when I started. This is not my bank and I'm very glad for that, I would never open an account with Santander and I am definitely not the only one that thinks this.
