Worse bank I ever encountered! I wasted my time coming in this branch! I did online check deposit 4 days ago and it didn’t even show up on my available balance, I called customer service and they told me the branch can only help me since it was hold for 10 business days with no reason. So bad service! Quincy Branch Hancock st I was order some new large bill 2 weeks ago for My daughter wedding, that why I really need them, yesterday I called back and confirmed the guy answered phone ready for pickup. Today 6/05/25 I came 2 girls at tcourter say ( we don't have them and system you not order.too So lie to customer.. ) I so so so so…and upset branch of Quincy service...
I'm hesitant to give one star, at this point it deserves less. I'm not quite sure as into what's going on with Quincy location, but I have always given them good reviews for being so helpful, but lately I have been getting extremely disappointed, every time I call with questions Myanh Dang the one that mostly answer the phone never put any afford to help, she mostly complain that she's busy with costumers as if i wasn't one off them, she never seams to have any answer to my questions, maybe she needs a bit more training, and... read more
