They answered the phone than hung up after a question was asked we call back various times and they don’t answer now if we go down there to complain it’s a problem right?.
HORRIBLE I just sat there and waited about 20 minutes for the teller to help me open an account. She said about 5 more minutes she would be ready for me . There was a young man waiting against the wall , the teller started speaking to him in spanish and all a sudden SHE called him over and started helping him ..WAITTTT did I just turn invisible ? She just said she'd be ready in 5 minutes ALL A SUDDEN SHE GOT READY AND SKIPPED OVER ME . BAD BUSINESS LADY . That's not how you treat a potential client . Anywho I left out . Loo... read more
wide open space in the bank for a reason. Not much going on with no Notary service. Bank has 0 Zero traffic.... thank god I didnt consider transferring banks. Chase has been busy but this location can close for all I care.
