The teller and the manager today wouldn't allow me to my money out of my account. I had to recently deactivate my card and waiting for a new one. I brought in my DL and the previous card as proof of ID. This has worked at my home branch and others. The ladies wouldn't even allow NY insurance card, my car insurance on my phone, my phone bill on my phone as well. I honestly felt like they weren't even trying. Unprofessional or timid to work. Scammer called from this number and lifted almost $5k from our account. Be careful.
That branch is not there anymore. It's around the block. Kind of hidden on Fulton St. between Broadway and Nassau St. That's if you want to find them. Santander Bank it's a pain in the neck.
