Complaint – ATM Deposit Machines Not Working I’m extremely frustrated with the ATMs at my local Santander Bank branch. The machines that are supposed to accept cash deposits are very frequently out of service or unable to accept cash. Because I work early mornings before the branch opens and late nights after it closes, I rely on these ATMs. When they don’t work, it causes real problems for me and has even made me late for work. I’ve always had great experiences at this branch. I’m in and out quickly and the staff is always friendly.
The ONLY bank that holds on to your deposited check FOR A WEEK before they make it available!!! Nothing to do with the branch, but the BANK!!!
