Went in today to open an account for my 16 year old son. Was immediately greeted by Tamara W. We had an amazing experience. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. This interaction affirms why I have been a Santander customer for 20+ years. Would definitely recommend this branch.
New account holder here. Trying to transfer money in. Advised over the phone that I need come into a branch to be set up for more than a very low daily limit. I can’t even fund the account. Anyways. Told to sit and wait. 20 mins so far. No idea who I am waiting for. Or if they will ever come. I fear the day I need to transfer money out. Oh and asking people for their private info loud enough for everyone to hear is not a great look.
They are supposed to close at 5pm. It's 4:50 and it's closed. Shaking my head!!!!!
