I’ve had business accounts here and personal accounts. Good luck if you need any assistance. Whether you go in-person or call, everyone is clueless. Managers come to the branch sporadically. They’ve lost deposited cash for customers on multiple occasions and they had to call every customer that deposited cash that day to try and find it! I’ve been called 3x’s. Ridiculously incompetent. So I travel for work all over the country a lot and there are times when I need to get something notarized. I have done this in many cities at Banks all over the country and it's never ever been a problem. Once in awhile someone will charge you a small fee which I'm willing to pay. So I came in here today and they informed me that they don't do notary for people who walk in. Went in today to open an account for my 16 year old son. Was immediately greeted by Tamara W. We had an amazing experience. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. This interaction affirms why I have been a Santander customer for 20+ years. Would definitely recommend this branch.
New account holder here. Trying to transfer money in. Advised over the phone that I need come into a branch to be set up for more than a very low daily limit. I can’t even fund the account. Anyways. Told to sit and wait. 20 mins so far. No idea who I am waiting for. Or if they will ever come. I fear the day I need to transfer money out. Oh and asking people for their private info loud enough for everyone to hear is not a great look.
