I have visited this branch for approximately the last ten years and I appreciate the helpful and friendly service from this location. I would especially like to thank Fiorinda, Nancy, and Wayne for their assistance along with the various bank tellers who are also polite and professional.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch with Nancy Dancoe. She treated me with a lack of respect and professionalism that left me feeling belittled. Her behavior came across as discriminatory and dismissive, making me feel as though my concerns and needs were not valued. No one should be made to feel like a "piece of dirt". I had to go into the Wilmington bank to take care of a checking acct. matter. Nancy was there and helped us. This is the third time over 4 years now that she has assisted.She is always so wonderful: very professional, kind, patient, diligent and caring. It is always a good experience at this branch!!
