I tried cashing a check here once and was denied because I didn't have an account there. Never heard of a bank that wouldn't cash a check written from there own bank!
We have had an account for over 15 years with this bank after our bank was bought out. This branch of Santander was the most helpful I have ever encountered! They where so helpful and informative, it was an overall great experience!!
Banker, John, was extremely rude and unhelpful in the branch and when calling into the branch afterwards, he said he was too busy and hung up the phone! Not a pleasant experience.
