We have had an account for over 15 years with this bank after our bank was bought out. This branch of Santander was the most helpful I have ever encountered! They where so helpful and informative, it was an overall great experience!!
Banker, John, was extremely rude and unhelpful in the branch and when calling into the branch afterwards, he said he was too busy and hung up the phone! Not a pleasant experience.
Do not use this bank for a twenty dollar requires 2 forms of identification. Or you can't cash a check . . And I've cashed checks here before and they charge a fee if u don't have an account as well. . Dorothea the counter girl was very dismissing and rude
