This is a fantastic bank …. It starts with a professional, competent , personable and absolutely delightful teller staff backed up by several very special professional , highly competent and personable managers . Santander also implements a level of security to protect depositors that other banks fall short on ….. Santander bank and particularly Colony Place , North Plymouth and Pembroke branches will make your banking needs a pleasant and worry free experience . First time at this branch and it was one of the best! For a Saturday they had plenty of staff and Kate the teller was able to redeem my paper savings bonds (which is time consuming) while I sat back and had a lollipop. Thanks all!
