I called ahead of time to open an account. Ask for the requirements and mentioned what documents I had. Made the appointment for the last appointment during the day. Got there and a lady named Emily called me to take care of me…took her sweet time coming back just to let me know I need it additional documents to come back next day. That right in there is a waste of time for the client.
good
Manager is a good dude, service at this place is quick. They just need to add an extra teller for busy times. Overall great service here
