I visited this bank today and was greeted by the Tellers as soon as I walked in. I explained the reason for my visit and they alerted Sidney A. During my visit Sidney listened to my concerns and was empathetic. I was treated professionally and with respect. This was my only positive experience with Santander Bank. My account was opened less than 6 months ago and I’ve visited one other branch in Elkins Park and was treated poorly all other experiences with Santander prior to visiting this location have been over the phone and... read more
They don't cash their own checks. Unbelievable. They said they wouldn't even cash it if I had an account there.
It's a great bank!
