Absolutely horrible customer service. One teller in the entire bank with 50 people.

This is one of the worst branches . The branch manager is nasty and so are the workers . They play games in here when it comes to the rules about access to accounts . They make rules up as they go to prohibit you from having rights to your own money even with proper identification . There is high turn over in here and I see why .
First time going here. It's the bank the church uses. Staff was friendly and efficient. One staff member (James) greeted several customers by name before they reached his window. Quite impressive in these rush-rush days🌞
