Worst banking experience of my life. Ill never do buisness there again.
I called to ask a couple of questions and I barely.got the first one out and the lady who answered the phone just started talking and wouldn't let me get a word I and then she end the call with out me being able to ask the other question very unprofessional.
I'm not a customer of this bank thank God! My has an account with them. Bank says that $6000 dollars stolen from ATM, they investigated saying they couldn't tell who the were on ATM camera. Then closed investigation without saying a word. She got a lawyer and tried to get her money out that she has in her account they told her it's frozen and can't take any money out of account. The 4000 dollars that is in the account has nothing to do with previous investigation but won't release the 4000 dollars saying it's their policy. T... read more
I spent 20 minutes waiting for the ONLY teller on to finish supporting 1 customer. THEN, they told me without my CORRECT credit card... they cannot give me money against my credit card. They told me I would have to use the ATM... after we just discussed that I didn't have the correct card.... They didn't send me to an associate. Or manager. They just told me.... "We can't help." SANTANDER BANK CAN NEVER NEVER NEVER HELP. They'll hold your money hostage and treat you like an idiot because you don't know their convoluted rules... read more
