Been customer for many years. Bad service. Incomptent tellers who literally resent long time customers. A new teller by the name Sona is just one example. Santander is regulating itself to the point of it's becoming impossible to work with the bank at any level rather you're a customer or small business owner. Example, If your kid gets a check to his birthday under his name, the bank won't let you deposit to your account as a minor. All other banks does. They don't offer a solution either. Had a survey emailed to me after my visit to this branch. I was honest about not being greeted despite an employee walking to an office and even the manager both making eye contact at me as they walked by. I only noticed because it was odd to not say hi, and I wouldn't have complained about it if a survey hadn't been sent - One of the questions in the survey was specific to being greeted.
