This is easily the most caring and competent branch I've visited in 25 years of business. We had a bank fraud that resulted in tens of thousands of $$ in loss. Joe advocated on our behalf several times, correcting errors made by Santander's other departments (and another branch in SI), resulting in the stolen funds being returned. Roland was patient, listened and helped to secure a partial provision credit until the situation was resolved. Thank you for renewing my faith that good, customer first banking can actually exist.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment today that I could no longer make. I called to cancel it to free up the time slot again. I spoke to a “MARYANN” there and instead of just canceling the appoint she proceeded to ask me all types of questions on what was the meeting for and exactly what am I trying to look to do. Staff at this branch are very professional and genuinely try their best to help. Robin, Senad and Roland helped my family and I during one of the most difficult times. Highly recommend this branch. Forest Ave branch was absolutely disgusting, unprofessional and rude - save your time and energy.
