If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment today that I could no longer make. I called to cancel it to free up the time slot again. I spoke to a “MARYANN” there and instead of just canceling the appoint she proceeded to ask me all types of questions on what was the meeting for and exactly what am I trying to look to do. Staff at this branch are very professional and genuinely try their best to help. Robin, Senad and Roland helped my family and I during one of the most difficult times. Highly recommend this branch. Forest Ave branch was absolutely disgusting, unprofessional and rude - save your time and energy.
I had one of the best customer services today from them. They are so humble and always ready to help the customers. I opened an account with this bank. They answered my all questions and give as much as info I need to know. I would highly recommend whoever wants a service from Santander Bank, go to this branch. Professional and responsible people out there! Keep up the good work.
Tried to open a bank account ,told me come back tomorrow...branch is a real joke. With several banks right next door I dont think so!
