Useless stuff
I really don't understand why there are so many neutral/negative reviews of this Santander branch. I had an entirely opposite experience. I walked in on a Saturday morning recently. There was a minimal wait and Harry the bank branch manager and Joel, the banker, were nothing but professional, courteous and efficient helping me to open up a new account. I almost forgot that a bank could offer such a personalized touch in this day and age!
