their atm got shut down and they couldn't give me my card back. a woman checks the ground if atm spit it back.. and a guys says "at least ur card is not stolen"!!! omg thats the worst desicion in my life to stop at a unknown "bank" !
Manager Rick was rude, unprofessional, and unknowledgeable. A clear reason to avoid banking with Santander.
