I agree that the staff is poorly educated on proper documents and has very poor communication. I provided a POA document and they are making me jump through hoops while the person who I am representing sits in a nursing home. They are delaying and failing to comply with HIPPA regulations. I will never bank with this company.
The manager that helped us was extremely fast and helpful. We came in towards closing on Saturday and was still willing to meet our needs.
