Have you ever heard of a bank that won't cash a check? Written on their bank? I run a business and almost had to return product to a customer over this. I hope my customer switches banks, and I know my business will never be accepting Santander checks again.
Very friendly and always helpful. Every time I have needed assistance the managers and team were there to assist.
Never seen service this bad anywhere Wasted my time
We needed ppwk signed in front of a manager at the bank & made an appointment ahead of time with Joy. She has the perfect name because working with her is a joy! We had also worked with her previously at the Pocasset branch. Joy is professional, efficient & friendly. A winning & rare combination in today’s workplace. Some banking cannot be done at the drive thru window so it’s best to call ahead to find out before you go.
This bank is an absolute joke. I kid you not when I went in there there were two other people in front of me having issues with their banking. I had an issue as well and they could not help me. Definitely not a good bank. Customer service is horrible.
