Horrible bank. Customer service can't complete a simple request that should take 5 minutes, now going on 3 months. Mobile options are limited. Poor security because no two-factor-authentication. Branch representative basically told be to go to a different bank.
very poor service. I provided my ID and debit card and now I have answer questions at the drive-thru and the teller would not give me my cash for withdrawal even though I answer everything 100% accurately. I've been to this Branch before and done the same transaction many times. Now it's an issue? Really ridiculous service. I've been a customer for 25 years with Santander and the service has gone down hill. Poor treatment of long term customer.
I don’t know who runs this establishment but every time I go everyone and I mean everyone has been so kind and helpful. Best Santander Branch overall!!! Thank you!!!
