Absolutely terrible service. I honestly don’t know how this bank is still in business. Every time I needed help, no one could assist me. Zero accountability, zero customer support. Total waste of time. Take your money somewhere else.

Read customer Reviews and all the policies before signing up to bank with these people. I Put a check in to cash and had it held for over a week for no reason. No help from anyone at the bank or at the customer service center to tell me any info to help the situation. Every person I talked to basically refused to help saying I had to just wait. Which for people that depend on the money they’re depositing into their account is not an option. I will be closing my account soon.
