I have always enjoyed wonderful service at this, and all, Santander branches.
Slow, incompetent, and they ask for all kinds of information JUST TO MAKE A DEPOSIT. Only bank to ask all kinds of data just to make a deposit.
Friendly but utterly incompetent. Mistake after mistake. They forgot to actually mail your urgent noticafiations. Avoid the Branch Manager (initials B J) in particular.
Horrible horrible service. Would give negative stars if possible. I’d drive a hour to another branch before I ever came here again
