Santander is the WORST! I'd switch banks if there was another one close to me and if it weren't such a hassle to do so. I prefer to bank online because it's more convenient and because I don't drive. But, the majority of the time, I run into problems logging in. I've complained about this for years, but nothing is ever done about it. Used their ATM 02/18/26 around 7:21pm, the ATM took my card and was still asking me to insert a card? After several minutes an attempts and odd noises coming from the ATM I finally got my card back. Called the bank this morning and was totally brushed off, first thing she said our ATM works fine, later on in conversation oh sometimes it takes 2-3 minutes to work? Which is it!!
