DO NOT BANK WITH SANTANDER!!! I repeat DO NOT BANK WITH SANTANDER!!! I got my paycheck through them and it’s been two weeks, I still have not been able to transfer my money out. Transferring to another bank doesn’t work, Zelle doesn’t work in their app. Nothing works. My paycheck is still in the account. I don’t have a debit card yet and I have bills to pay. I’m still struggling to take my money out to no avail!!!!!
It’s a bank, there are going to be lines! Be patient and kind to the people working to the best of their capabilities especially when they’re at capacity. I also had to work w Senior Relationship Banker Thu and I cannot give her enough praise. She has helped me a few times now and has been incredibly informative as well as empathetic to all the situations I have encountered. She’s taken proper time and care with my inquiries and I am very appreciative. All the staff has been attentive and kind every time I have come in.
