I wouldn’t trust them with any substantial amount of money. I thought the superviser, Shalima, was as unprofessional and arrogant as it comes, and by far the worst from what I encountered in consumer banking. Her staff were 1000x more professional and knowledgeable in deescalation techniques than she was, as a brunch manager. We are closing our accounts and giving business to another bank.
