I brought my sister there and she never did her own banking before. Jerry was amazing help. He was polite, caring and explained everything to my sister. He set up everything for her. Laurie the teller was also polite, caring and did her job very well. They both went above and beyond for my sister. They both have amazing customers service. It was amazing experience for her. Great location and environment. I appreciate you both so much. God bless you both. If you want a great bank it santander I been with them for 15 years.
For me to leave a negative review on a Google business listing, is not something I would normally do, unlless I have a very good reason, and in this case I felt compelled to do so. I am adding a poor review at this location, because they most definitely need to clean up their act with customer service. Tried to get an issue resolved with an agent there. Weeks went by with no resolution. He had promised to email me on a certain date. Never got any email from him. Sent a complaint email to him directly and also got no reply, no apology, nothing. Phoned the branch Manager and also no apology. Sent a letter to the bank's customer service department and guess what...also no response whatsoever. They've made it quite clear how important customer service is to them.
