Good and professional service.Pleasant people.
Waste of time. Set up an appointment to open a business account and the person I was supposed to meet (Raquel) was on vacation. Met w someone else and she said I had to come back on Tuesday to open the account since they had to do some checks and they couldn't do it on a Saturday (even though I had all the req documents on hand; as per the appt confirmation). Since I am flying out on Monday, I had to open an account elsewhere. Nice people (even though I didn't get an apology for having wasted my time), but not efficient.
I would like to acknowledge Francesca T. for all her help. She is a true asset to your banking family. Her concern is aboveground reproach.Teammates are terrific, too!
