The people in the Winchester bank are always particularly friendly. It does though get a tiny bit annoying that at every Santander Bank, they are constantly trying to upsell you on something.. Usually their credit cards.
My experience was horrible. One of the workers treated me very badly and made me feel like I was stealing my own money. They made rules that don't exist. My suggestion is close this branch

called multiple times about a transfer problem. each time i talked to the “manager”. they were 0 help. do not recommend this bank. don’t waste your time and have to wait forever to access your money!!!!
