I am giving one star because of Julie Choudury’s terrible service. Today I went to the bank located in Parsippany because my CD matured. The teller asked me to sit and wait for a banker. I sat outside Julie Choudury’s office. Although she was working on her computer, she could clearly see me. I waited for five minutes. She then walked toward me impatiently. Dennis and the entire staff were SO helpful for me today. Walked me through all the options and helped me find the best rates for my account. Very friendly and kind :)
Run in on your lunch break. 4 employees there. 1 woman working with a customer. Tell me why one of the other 3 can’t help. They all sat in their offices, acknowledged me but when I asked for one of them to help I had to wait for the 1 “worker”. So ridiculous! Parsippany Branch
Very updatebranch but I found teller for being bit rude
ATM machines are soo slow when making deposits and the tellers never want to help you deposit, they just redirect you to the machine even if you’re the only customer in the building. Was recently pushed into opening a “Zero interest zero minimum payment for one year" credit card…turns out there is both interest and minimum payment associated with this credit card. Bad business.
