I can’t seem to catch a break on my account issues here. I needed to download a new browser to redeem credit card rewards. I can’t get a human with a pulse in customer support. My accounts post to credit agencies many months late. And for a while they mailed me a bunch of checks for a few cents a piece because of bank errors. It’s just a tiresome experience. Soon my debt will be paid and I will close everything.
I want to give a big shout-out to Juan at Santander—he’s truly exceptional! From the moment I started working with him, he has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to explain everything clearly. Banking matters can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Juan makes the process so much easier with his patience and professionalism. I genuinely appreciate how informative and attentive he is during every interaction. Santander is lucky to have him!
Went to the Leonard street, Belmont branch bank managing time between busy working schedules and found out it’s temporarily closed. The bank didn’t bother to inform or update their working schedule online or by any other means to their customers. When called the bank representative over phone, she was rude and didn’t accept and acknowledge the necessity to convey the customer regarding their planned/unplanned closure times. Seems they hardly value the customers’ time.
