I want to give a big shout-out to Juan at Santander—he’s truly exceptional! From the moment I started working with him, he has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to explain everything clearly. Banking matters can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Juan makes the process so much easier with his patience and professionalism. I genuinely appreciate how informative and attentive he is during every interaction. Santander is lucky to have him!
Went to the Leonard street, Belmont branch bank managing time between busy working schedules and found out it’s temporarily closed. The bank didn’t bother to inform or update their working schedule online or by any other means to their customers. When called the bank representative over phone, she was rude and didn’t accept and acknowledge the necessity to convey the customer regarding their planned/unplanned closure times. Seems they hardly value the customers’ time.
Do not recommend, esp if you’re trying to get a promotion. Closed my account today. Brought in a $400 promotion and was told I needed to have a certain amount of direct deposits. I knew I would not be receiving direct deposits from an employer and I was clear about that and was told bank transfers would suffice. I never got the promotion so I came in to close the account.
