This review is for Santander as a whole company, not just this branch. The limits they put on your ability to transfer YOUR OWN MONEY to your own accounts within the bank, or to accounts outside of the bank are ridiculous. They tell you that your transfer amount "exceeds the limit" but don't tell you what that limit is. In addition, they also limit the amount of YOUR OWN MONEY (money that is literally in your account - not credit) that you can spend, and make it an unbelievable, stressful mess to try to get an override. Good Luck trying to pay off your car loan. Apparently you can only pay so much before they refuse to take the money to clear the loan. True story.
