Just reading all the bad reviews and am baffled by them. I've worked with this particular branch, for both my business and personal accounts, for over 7 years. I have never encountered anything but pleasant and professional customer service.
Absolutely unequivocally the worst bank I’ve ever used. If there was something lower than one star to rate them, they would deservedly earn it. If a homeless encampment opened a bank, I would probably do better there. Update: my girlfriend went to close her accounts after 12 years because of poor customer service, and no one even asked why. They truly don’t give a rat’s ass about customer service, they think they’re doing us a favor.
Experienced very poor customer service at a corporate bank. They refused to cash my payroll check since I don’t have an account with them, which feels unfair. They didn’t suggest opening an account, just directed me elsewhere. Highly disappointed, wouldn’t recommend this place
The worst bank that I ever deal with people not happy not helpful. Over all really bad
