I was the only customer in the bank for a full minute and no one greeted me. When someone finally did bother to get to me, they behaved as though they were doing me a gigantic favor by giving me my own money. She was very condescending - almost like she was giving me a present out of her own pocket. It made me want to leave the bank entirely.
I was here At this branch doing bank business then sat down waiting for my access link bus to return and I was asked to wait outside in the rain I am a handicap individual who walks with a cane or not walks with a walker now used to walk with a cane but now I’m walking with a walker and I was asked to wait outside in the rain while the bus was coming after I spent $35 on checks. If I could rate less I would what bank does not honor there own checks. Sad. Never banking here.
