I just opened both a checking and a savings account at this branch. The manager was very welcoming and thorough in introducing us to the mobile app and what we could expect from the general Santander bank. A great experience!
Poccasset is a great branch with great employees but santander bank is trash..i called customer service on mlk day to have one account linked to my debit card and the rep said i was all set. To make a long story short she actually put a perminate block on my accound blocking any and all access. Leaving me outside on the side of the road in 6 degree weather for 7 hours because i ran outa gas and couldnt access my money!! Made a complaint, mailed in a written complain to the corporate headquarters and all i got was a sorry😳🤦... read more
