I really think this is the most professional and friendly Santander branch on the South Shore. Everybody in there is so helpful and kind. My issues are not with this branch !! It is all with the fraud department only ..the people that work at this branch are fantastic they actually care..The fraud department is awful rude condescending to someone who is having a fraudulent attack at no fault of their own .. so not sure I would recommend this bank fraudulent charges on my account they did Nothing didn’t look into and just took my $ 😡why do we pay for FDIC insurance ? on our $ !! Paid what I owed on a credit card the said they would let the credit companies know my balance was paid in full and that nothing was negative anymore but I just checked my score and they are still reporting a negative balance
